'Youngmarists.org.nz's purpose is to provide inspiration, flair and to be a catalyst for new ideas and visions for the future of young marists. This allows everyone to collaborate with like minded individuals from all over New Zealand and Australia, keeping in touch with all the various college's involved within this Marist Family.'

'Our site was originally conceived to help all those who attended MaristYouthLeader to stay in touch, but it has now multiplied its functions. Now anyone who has anything to do with the JC Colin Project, with the National Network of Marist Schools, with numerous other projects and programmes that are going on, can find out information, can make contact with people, can see photos of the programmes that they have been involved in, or can just browse and enjoy.'
